ABOUT MEMBERSHIP

As our membership is currently full for pool memberships, your application will add you to our waitlist. We are currently running on a one-year waitlist for full memberships including the pools. Membership fees are subject to change.  There is a $35 deposit fee to join our waitlist, which will be credited towards your initial membership payment.

There is no waitlist to join our tennis or paddle programs only.

Membership Types

  • “Full Summer” memberships include access to the entire grounds, including pools and tennis courts, from Memorial Day to Labor Day, access to tennis courts in the spring and fall seasons, and access to our paddle courts from fall season through May.
  • “Racquet” memberships include access to our tennis and paddle facilities only.

Annual Dues

  • In accordance with our bylaws, annual Full and Racquet memberships dues are due by no later than April 1 st each year. Failure to submit payment by April 1 st will result in cancellation of membership and forfeiture of bond.
  • We do not allow temporary membership deferrals for Full Summer memberships.
  • Paddle-Only membership dues are due on October 1 st annually and will be subject to a late fee if not paid timely

Refundable Membership Bond

  • All Racquet and Full Summer membership units are required to purchase a $200 Bond as a unit of ownership in WSARC. This Bond entitles each membership unit to one vote in the affairs of WSARC. The Bond is fully refundable to membership units whose accounts are in good standing upon resigning their membership with WSARC. Bonds are repaid annually in October.
  • All bond repayment requests must be received in writing by April 1 st of the year in which member is terminating their membership. Failure to submit written request for bond repayment by April 1 st will result in forfeiture of bond.
  • The amount of the bond repayment will be reduced by any unpaid dues.
  • Paddle-Only membership accounts are not required to purchase an ownership bond.

Who is in my Membership Unit?

  • Anyone who permanently resides within the household associated with your membership unit can be covered by your membership. Individuals may be subject to address verification. This excludes children in your household under age 2, who are free of charge.

Discounts for members 65 or older

  • Members 65 or older may be entitled to a discounted membership type. Please see our rate chart for further information. Please note that Senior Couple rates only apply if both members are 65+.

Childcare Memberships

  • We offer a childcare membership that can be added on and used for one specified individual. This individual cannot enter WSARC facilities without another member of the household’s membership unit.

Member Splash & Front-Desk Procedures – Full Summer Memberships

  • All membership units and Paddle-Only accounts will have an account in Member Splash, our membership software. Members are required to input the birthdate and upload a photo of each household member within the membership unit. For each visit, members with pool access will enter through the front gate and check in with a front desk attendant, who will match each entering individual to their photo listing in MemberSplash.
