PICKLEBALL
You can sign up in the events tab to express interest, but also feel free to drop-in (no preference given to those pre-registered) We will have a whiteboard setup for signup. We have four courts so the first 16 people can start playing right away. If you are the 17th person to show, add your name to the board and the first court to finish will rotate you in (losers usually take a break, while winners stay on court, but if four people are waiting, please yield the entire court to the waiting players) Pickleball is new for us, and this is opening weekend, so please be patient and kind. There will be plenty of time during the summer to make enemies. Let it not be this weekend. It’s free! It’s fun! We will have balls and some paddles to borrow. I will be around for questions – not a pickleball expert, but can give some basic instruction to beginners. See you there!
